Michelle L. - Bikini Babe |
 Michelle is the founding mother of the RBS and a 2004 EAS/Body for Life Challenge Champion.
This photo was taken in June 2006, at Michelle's first Figure Competition.
She placed third in the masters division of the Mr.. and Ms. Natural Minnesota Body Building, Figure and Xtreme Fit Championships in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Michelle says training for this competition was one of the more empowering accomplishments in her life. Her main objective was to inspire other women her age to get active and embrace a Heart Healthy Lifestyle which includes daily exercise, balanced nutrition and goal setting.
After losing nearly 50 pounds an keeping it off since Jan 2004---we can see why Michelle has earned her Bikini Babe Title! The BFL Champ is now training for her second North American Natural Body Building Federation figure
show in Bloomington on May 19, 2007. This show will coincide
with her 55 birthday.
