 ...a founding/lifetime member of the Red Bikini Society Pamela H. is also a Body for Life Champion. Her appearances in National Magazines and on Television have served to inspire thousands of women to build their best bodies ever. One of her recent appearances was on the mega rated NBC Today show with host, Katy Couric. Pamela, along with Dr. Pamela Peeke the author of Body for Life for Women were the focus of a powerful segment on physical fitness and the idea that we should all throw out our scales and focus on removing Body Fat for Ultimate Health. 50 (or is that 38) year old Pamela, husband Paul and their children live in sunny California. When she is not out empowering others to greatness she runs a company that she and her husband started called Makai Sports which handles just about anything ocean related.
